    I did a FFF Arctic Panzer Wolf with The Big Bad Baptist, called it the big bad wolf. It mixed but man did it taste good.

    Here are some pictures of black and tans I've made. It is all about the FG but getting the top layer onto the bottom layer with minimum turbulence is also a key part especially if the FGs are close. Having a head on the bottom layer when pouring the top helps.

    In my experience, nitro stouts work best as top layers. Regular stouts, porters and black lagers generally work well as bottom layers.

    Yes it is! I had them make me one at Founders a few weeks ago and it was just sublime.
