    I'm with you. I think BT needs some heat to balance the overdose of sweetness. I thought '09 at ~18 months old was straight up gross. Fresh BT FTW.

    Didn't Heraclitus try to sample the same bottles twice and said something about Ionian bottle variation/bottle stability is illusory?

    The post was a while back, written on papyrus, I am sure Levitation can find it.
