Has The Bruery released any details about the Black Tuesday release party yet? They've normally done so by now but they haven't sent out a blast to the RS/HS yet. If it's happening this year, I'm guessing it's probably on October 29th but I guess the 22nd might be an option too. Just trying to work out some vacation details around that time and I can't push those off too much longer.

The Bruery isn't very good about telling people about events in advance, but as was stated above, expect 10/29.

I, among others, have given them shit for their scheduling of events. Nice to see they accomodated us whiners (and out of towners) with Saturday sessions.

Looks good, but I am going to pass. The cost is a little high, plus there is Woodshop the weekend before and SDBW the week after. Though I know I will be regretting missing the two berry versions, hopefully one is a mystery beer for this year :grinning:

Does this mean that RS members can bring a guest?

I'm curious as to what the Crystal Black Tuesday tasting glass will look like.

Same, hoping they're different than the reserve/hoarders glasses from the initiation.

Wish they offered an option WITHOUT a bottle of 2012 Black Tuesday. I've got plenty and I don't need anymore but I would like to go to the event but maybe that will open it up to those who have never been.

He doesn't need another bottle of last year's BT, not this year's

I'm considering going to this year's event. Didn't make it last year!

I bet I know someone who would be willing to buy that unwanted bottle of BT to offset your cash outlay.

Damn. I was hoping between us we could negotiate a DD. I think you still owe me a ride home from there.

So for those who went or were informed last year, were there two different days for the sessions like this year? Or only Tuesday?
I'm just trying to determine if all sessions will sell out in ten seconds or whatever.
I'm thinking maybe more ppl will want to go to Saturday perhaps to to weekday obligations. (I personally am aiming for Tuesday early session)

Also FWIW: The Bruery told me that "Tuesday will be in the Tasting Room and Saturday will be at the brewery"

Yeah they moved the clusterforks to the brewery this year too. Can't cut into those money making hours at the tasting room. Last year it was only on Tuesday, but they had it both at the tasting room and at Provisions. I want to say it sold out in 5-10 minutes max last year.
