I asked on their facebook page and was told it would go out statewide in a manner similar to the Iron Swan release.

Additionally, if you don't like metal, you can't drink it.

Sunrise and HEB Hancock both posted pics today, so I imagine it's making it's way out

Yeah....I am not going out hunting for it. I figure I will stumble upon it on one of my weekly beer runs.

 

I ran out on opening day for the Sword, & then saw it all over town for months. I'm expecting this will be similar.

 

If its anything like Surly's version this will be good.

 

You closed your eyes and created me, I can never go away now, especially if I get my hands on some Blakkr cans ASAP to compare with my Surly and FFF versions. It will be a Blakkr three way.

 

$17.99 for a 4-pack of 12 oz cans at HEB pretty sure I paid the same amount for BCBS.

 

That doesn't sound right. The Surly 4 packs of tall boys were $18.99. I heard $11.99 per 4 pack of 12oz

 

Well I just paid it at the Hancock HEB... Didn't realize til I looked at my receipt afterwards. Anyone else bought some of this yet?

They warned me "they seemed proud of this one" and I knew what that meant. I too was surprised. Not sure if RA or distributor is the proud one.

 

Yeah it's pretty insane that I got a 4-pack of tallboys of the ABW DIPA for $9.59 at the same place.

 

This definitely won't fly of the shelves then

 

I ain't payin that for a black IPA, even given its pedigree.

 

No wonder I saw they came in singles wow. These are surly abrasive prices for sure.
