I was at Binny's yesterday, and saw something that I'd never seen before. It was a bottle of the Kristall, but it had a brown label with nothing really on it. I decided to pick it up for the novelty of the thing. Has anyone else run across this? All the rest of the Kristall had the normal label.

If this were the stamp or baseball card world you'd have an error on your hands and could trade it for whales.

It's the new barrel aged version.

Close. Actually this is an ultra-rare bottle of Weihenstephaner Berlinerweisse Kristallweizen. The entire bottle was aged in a barrel of Schultheiss Berlinerweisse spiked with Himbeergeist, and the acidity stripped all the color from the label (save for the gold and the Wappen).
