I stopped in this place for a burger. It didn't have a great beer selection. But it has a Captain Lawrence " Blazer Pils" that the waitress said is brewed exclusively for them by Captain Lawrence. The beer was really good. I found no mention of it on CL's web site. Anyone ever try it? Anybody have any info on this beer? BTW the burgers were great.
Brewers usually don't mention speciality beers for bars or restaurants on their own website. It's probably very close to their own recipe.
I doubt they sell enough Pilz to warrant a batch just for them, but who knows, maybe they brew it on their pilot system. BTW, great burgers there they have yes
