Never heard of these guys and didn't see anything on a forum search, but CBC Belmont has some 16 oz 4 packs of their IPA on the shelves (in the cooler no less!). Apparently it's not even distributed yet but they got some direct from the brewery in Northampton. Anyway, it's pretty damn good. Definitely one of the better blind purchases I've made in a while. I'd say it's comfortably a NE IPA, but it's a lot closer to Heady Topper than Julius. Great nose, but it's got some bitterness and pine, and it's not quite as soft as some. It's a bit steep at $15 but hopefully that might come down a little with distribution (probably not). Anyone out in Western Mass know more about these guys?
I know a bit about them as I know the head brewer from years ago. Good people making good beer. They make "The IPA" and now a Session IPA as well. Both are really solid beers. The IPA is a good blend of the current new england IPA style and a west coast style in my opinion. Not super juicy and soft but not over powering and bitter. It is very drinkable for sure and it can be found around western mass with a little searching or right from the brewery by the case. The Session IPA is a good lower ABV beer with a really nice taste that has only be around for a few months I want to say and wont be brewed again until next spring they said. Their facebook page has a good amount of info https://www.facebook.com/Building-8-Brewing-BLDG8-Brewing-512648938868433/ You can also by some sixtels directly from them I believe as well right now and looks like they'll be getting their stuff on tap at places soon.
