A few more bums in Noho vs Portsmouth as well.....but the music scene is better....both great towns.

Nothing distributed further than the I-91 corridor at this point. Mostly the bottle shops in the Northampton area.

Picked this up at Table and vine in West springfield.

Noho doesn't have as much of a yuppie, Vineyard Vines type of crowd as Portsmouth. (Is the term yuppie still even used? I guess I'm showing my age). Portsmouth is loaded with yuppies. And Noho has a way more earthy, organic vibe about it. Not that Portsmouth doesn't have some earthy/organic stuff too. And Noho and its surrounding towns are filled with liberal arts colleges, giving the area an immediately noticable adademic tone.

And Building 8 IPA is very nice too.

This isn't completely true. It's distributed at least as far west as Lee, and that's 35 miles west of 91.

Really liked this IPA. Hope it makes it to Boston in distro at some point.

this beer definitely rivals Be Hoppy by Wormtown as far as availability and overall taste…..drinking one now :grinning:

Be hoppy is crystal clear now used to be hazy and more flavorful. Wtf......
Picked up the last 4 pack at table and vine again canned 1/4. Good stuff.

maybe be hoppy suffered the same problems trillium had with a lower oil quantity in their hops?

I couldn't agree more. It's a shell of what it used to be like in the bombers. It's ok now but not worth the hassle of trying to track it down. I'd prefer too many other readily available shelf options.

Anybody know if/when they'll be brewing anything else? The IPA is great and I'd love to see more.

They're planning on a seasonal rotation, all hoppy stuff. A session in the spring, double IPA in the fall
