was at a goose island tap takeover recently and tried cherry rye and coffee, and oddly enough cherry rye and golden godess. whenever i am at a bar getting some short pours i like to combine some of the goodies together.

Youngs double chocolate stout in a can with Lindemans Framboise lambic about 1:1 ratio in a snifter. Basically we're talking about desert here.

Damn right that's sweet, but I had it 1:1 ratio. I'll have to try it your way. Thanks!

I believe that's referred to as "Adolphus’ and Adolph’s Double* Grave Spinner"

*(Once for the fact that their descendants would brew a "light" beer,
and the second for someone mixing them together).

Mixing a hoppy Pale Ale with a Porter or (non-imperial) Stout can make a really nice pseudo-Brown Ale.

Blended Oak Aged Chocolate Yeti and Oak Aged Espresso Yeti today. Was pretty good! However, I prefer how they are individually. Still a fun experiment

Schneider Aventinus is one of my favorite beers but has anybody ever had success mixing their own Weizenbock, using a Hefe and a Dopplebock or some other combination?? Looking for thoughts or ideas..
