Not a bad idea, I'm sure it'll go fairly well. Last night I put 1 tsp of maple syrup in a glass with my breakfast stout, and that was absolutely delicious.

The end of my Farm to Face with the beginning of my Funk Brew citrus ipa. Pretty interesting but the sum total was not equal to the existing parts.

Mixed some Burial Haysaw Saison with some AV Blood Orange Gose. And it's quite good. Probably 2/3 sasison and 1/3 gose.

The ultimate blend, for me, is Founders Rubaeus (25%) and FBS (75%).

Was at ST yesterday & asked this question. The response was "we don't recommend blending"

Once a year a friend and I drink a four pack of central waters bourbon barrel Stout and barely wine that are blended together. We blend them as we open them I mean, and the result is wonderful.

Anyone tried, or thought of Backwoods Bastard & FIS? Or something similar?

And if it has to be a bourbon barrel aged maple syrup, I will say that Trader Joe's makes an outstanding one that's a great value at $9 a bottle.

Was out at GABF in 2014 and the people at the Bruery booth gave us a blend of Black Tuesday and Tart of Darkness w/vanilla and cherries. It was pretty awesome.

Probably already mentioned somewhere in this thread but blending Dogfish Head 90 Minute with Festina Peche is phenomenal.
