Greetings from Western Massachusetts! Hi , I'm still fairly new to brewing. Done a few batches and a bunch more cider. I just picked up a Blichmann BoilerMaker G1. Looks like a game changer from doing partial boils, but I don't understand the Dip Tube. Can someone fill me in on thr proper use of this attachment? Thanks in advance!
NOTE: Your Blichmann is different from a keggle in the sense that it has a flat bottom and is much wider so the dip tube doesn't extend into the center of the kettle. This is a good thing since it helps to better keep the dip tube out of the trub pile.
