You forgot 06, which I would put ahead of 09 personally.

There was a spirited debate between myself and Weatherdog over which label was going to win our LIF. Take solace in knowing that Weatherdog is planning / already has used your label on some of his bottles.

It was actually a 100% millet whiskey from Koval out of Chicago, but I think most would be hard pressed to tell a huge difference between various whiskey's that are used to barrel aged beers.

If I had more than 2 bottles left I'd just send you a bottle, but if you make it out to Chicagoland in the next 6 months I'll have one waiting to share.

Tony, I would put this beer in our next BBW tasting (second level BBW) and I have a feeling it would make the top 3. It was real good but went against some strong competition.

Well no one had any strong comments against it, Mark's comment about it being a little thin probably rings true, but if that's the worst I hear about our club's barrel aged barleywine going against some of the best in the world I'm totally OK with that.

Also Weatherdog owes me x2 bottles so we can bring those out to the next one.

    Cheers!

You'll get your 2 bottles ! I still have a nearly full keg of it in my kegerator I have yet to bottle. I'm so lazy.

Also Leedorham, I do plan on using your (personally) amazing label for my own private stock. I should probably send you out some beer for that. Just give me your address and in 6-8 months (I told you I'm lazy) when I finally bottle this barleywine I'll send you some.
