Anyone know anything about this beer? Bier Stein currently has a keg of it, and it's described as a blend of the 2012 Imagine and the 2013 Super Nebula, blended with cherry juice (and clocking in with a 13% abv.). I can't find anything about it in the data base or this forum (or the Rate Beer data base for that matter), and running a google search brings up nothing. I'll definitely try it to see for myself if I like it, but I was just curious if anyone else has tried this beer before, or knows anything about it. Thanks!
I haven't had last year's BBB in some months now, but based on my recollection, I'd say no. This seemed like a different blend, with the SN much more prominent in the flavor profile than what I recall from the BBB. The cherry definitely imparts an interesting sour component to the beer, though the SN and imagine still seemed to dominate. At least for me, I still prefer the regular SN to this beer, but this was still a pretty tasty blend (IMHO).
