    I absolutely loved the first batch but it was so bitter/hoppy that I couldn't drink more than about 3oz of it.

    The second (reino hopped) batch was ok but nothing special IMO, but I could drink it so that was nice.

    I guess there is just no pleasing some people:astonished:

    Got to try some at the brewpub yesterday. While better than the stuff I had at Bierstein some weeks back, that was pretty much my reaction as well. A good DIPA, but not something I would go out of my way for.

    Stylistically, it reminded me very much of the Megafauna over at Laurelwood (lots of pine and tropical fruit), though personally I preferred the Megafauna. My reaction notwithstanding, it does seem to be pretty popular.... it was selling well at the brewpub yesterday afternoon, and according to a sign in the kitchen, they are already sold out of bottles.

    Drinking one of my bottles tonight. I think it's fantastic, even if the "best by" date was before yesterday...:grinning:

    Anyone who doesn't think the Reino version is the best knows nothing about hops :-) Ironically, I think batch one was my favorite, but I've loved them all.

    This beer is disgusting. Also my hands stayed clean so....false advertising.

    Don't buy it.

    Seriously, put it back on the shelf.
