"Blocked" links?

Over the past couple of weeks, I've noticed multiple different links that people are posting, some of which are very useful, beer-related links, but they have the following: "*blocked*" embedded in the html address and the links don't work. The links include beer cellar websites, beer news websites, among others...

Is there some new change that you guys at BA have made in which you don't want links to other beer-related websites posted on the forums? Just trying to figure this one out. Any info would be helpful.
