I know kind of a yawner, but a welcomed addition. Their IPA lineup is good. Session, Blue Hill IPA, and Quarter Mile are all solid budget selections for good tasting local craft beer in 6 pack cans. I got Blue Hill IPA cans dated early June. I know almost "fossilized" in the IPA world... But I like that they are dating now! I got cans of Quarter Mile shortly after the first canning early this year and never bought another one because there was no way of tracking age. The session is solid too, they even went crazy and made it over 5% Finally, I have been impressed with King's Kolsch and Black Ops.
Definitely good that they're dating though I have to say it doesn't necessarily make me any more inclined to buy them at retail. I like the standard IPA on draft but for six packs I'd rather go Mayflower, Harpoon or Berkshire in most cases.
Sorry but dates are not going to help any of their beers. Almost everything else out there is a better option, especially in the IPA world.
