I'll be there after work on Friday. I'm not sure how a bottle share would work at Blue Lobster, I would email the owner via Facebook before assuming.

I'll be there around 330 or so. Hope it's not mobbed.

I can say with pretty good certainty that we (speaking as a meager employee) won't be mobbed. I'll be pretty ecstatic if I'm proven wrong. Unproven brewery's first bottle release. Hopefully people enjoy it, I had a hell of a time meeting, chatting and brewing with Chase and Colin of Prairie.

I wouldn't be surprised. You guys have a pretty solid reputation so far and I know people can't wait for your first bottled beers. I just don't want to deal with a ton of people there  But otherwise I hope you do get mobbed. More business for BL would be a good thing.

Wish I could make it Friday, but a kindly Portlander is picking my bottle up for me. Hope everything goes nice & smooth for you, Dave. Looking forward to a great beer (and a super-cute label thanks to Luke!)

    Oh, also. Extremely important.
-If you are buying two, I would set at least one down for a week or so (room temp).
-If you are buying one, I would set that one down for a week or so (room temp).
Some of the bottles are conditioning a little slower than the others, carb is fine, but the palate needs a moment longer.
I apologize profusely for the fact that these are going out slightly early.

I saw on the facebook page you are closed on Saturday, will there be any place to pick up a bottle. I know that there is a store across from you. Btw why are you guys closed on Saturday, it would have been so convenient.

You'll have to shoot the owners a message on the facebook page. I have no say in hours or distribution.
However, I know there was a post talking about Saturday and the fact that we would be at a festival all day and therefore will not be around. So rest assured it was not just to be inconvenient.
We'll be open normal hours the following week I believe, but again, I'm speculating.

Just trying to actually get a bottle, the NH breweries (smuttynose and blue lobster) are proving harder to get to and get bottles from than hill farmstead and lawson's currently.

Honestly, we have no idea what it will be like. We've never released a bottle yet. It could be easy. Again, small unproven brewery, first time bottle release.

Yes. I believe they have to be 750ML or 2L, Brown/Amber, swingtop style.
