As someone who has been a loyal customer since they opened, I do think they have expanded a bit too quickly. The quality control at their pub and at the Barrel House has been a little hit or miss, but I think those are just some growing pains. The Dark Hollow especially has been wildly variable in bottles, mostly for the worse. It remains solid on tap as do the vast majority of their releases. They are pushing themselves beer-wise and business-wise, but based on past experience I have high hopes they will soon start hitting on all cylinders again.
