    So...this was in the Austin Beer Guide. Another brewery that "flew" under the radar until putting it's name out in there.

    Dear Blue Owl Brewing,

    Please make a local, year-round, unfiltered IPA along the lines of Heady Topper, Gandhi Bot or LaCumbre's Elevated.
