    Hey guys,
    I got to try their Professor Black sour cherry stout at the TX craft beer fest. I thought it was complex and awesome. I can't wait for them to open up. Did anyone get to try any of their other offerings? If so what did you think?

    Would love to try some of their beer and have been patiently waiting for fans to arrive....hope I don't have to wait much longer.

    Spirit Animal was awesome. Had a similar sour pale at Blackstar a few weeks back. Van Dayum was good, but I didn't like it quite as much. Didn't get to try Prof Black.

    I'm still a little perplexed at how they had beer there.

    Yeah, they have a couple bars picked out for the first full week of October, around the 5th. I think Craft Pride is the first place they'll be.
