Blueberries

    Surprisingly, no. I used some Clorox spray cleaner and a brush and it came right off.

    Just an update - I bottled this lambic tonight (and kegged the other half). 10lbs of frozen organic blueberries fit into a 6.5 gallon carboy with 5 gallons of beer. Sat on the berries for 2 months and the flavor is outstanding. Most blueberry forward beer I've had yet :slight_smile:

    nice, going b berry picking soon. Made a blueberry/habanyero chocolate stout last year with 2 quarts that had been mashed and boiled in the secondary. came out nice, but, reading these threads I will use more just to boost the bberry flavor.

    This beer is very dry - much more so than any other sour I've done despite the fg being similar. It's great.

    I've always heard blueberry fades fast so I kegged half the batch to see how it changes over time easier.
