Blueberry Farmhouse ale?

    Well, then, boil it to remove the oxygen and after it cools slowly siphon it.
    Or just relax and not worry about things...

    I have worked with blueberries twice now. They suck. I used 6lbs of frozen blueberries in a wit, found it lacking in blueberry flavor, so added 3lbs of purée. The %5 wit wound up being way higher in Abv, and still lacked the flavor I wanted. The other beer was a saison I used 6lbs purée with similar results. Boo for blueberries.
    Conversely I used 6lbs frozen raspberries in the same wit and it was awesome. Way too fruity to taste the base beer, but my wife loves it, and I do as well. Next time it gets 3lbs.
