Bluejacket Question

Damn, when did they start bottling. It's been two years, but I really enjoyed that Mexican Radio. I'd love some bottles of that and the BA versions.

Their sours have generally been pretty good, much less impressed with their IPA's. Mexican Radio is worthwhile too.

 

I like Forbidden Planet and Lost Weekend.

 

Double Mexican Radio is easily their best beer. The Jam is my favorite sour.

 

Double Mexican Radio is fantastic. Way better than the regular mex radio. Two bottles per person and they had some left as of last night.

 

Lost weekend on cask was great! Haven't had the Double Mexican Radio, but had the regular version. Found the body to be to watery for me

 

Their beers are pretty inconsistent on draft. I would be hesitant to pay those prices for bottles.

 

I recently had a bottle of the The Jam and really enjoyed it. By far the best I have had from Bluejacket. I thought Forbidden Planet was pretty good as well. Not my preferred style, but a well-made beer.

 

Man, I don't know. Had Wallflower on draft over the summer, it was by far the best beer I've had there so far so I decided to buy a bottle. Opened it three months later and it wasn't even sour, not even close to the same beer.

 

They still had bottles of Whiskey BA Double Mexican Radio as of this afternoon. Still 2 bpp I believe.
