Bluffton/Hilton Head area recs?

    Unexpectedly spending thanksgiving weekend in the bluffton area due to the ailing health of my grandfather. Anyone have some recommendations on where to get some good beers to try and cheer the family up with? Any good BBQ restaurants of note with or without a good taplist? It's the wife's birthday on Friday and I'm sure she'd love to go out for a nice dinner too.
