Does anyone know how Blushing Monk is holding up? I've been meaning to try and trade for this beer, and I wonder if this is still drinking in prime shape.

    Cheers!

I opened a bottle this past December and it tasted essentially the same as fresh 2011 (that's to say, good). Last year someone opened a bottle from the original release from 2007, and I thought it tasted fantastic - better than the fresh recent release.

I had a bottle (of last summer's release) about a month ago and I thought it was great - actually, no different than when it was released.

I would let it sit for a couple years. Tastes beautiful with some time on it.
