Hey guys with summer on its way I would really like to give this clone a shot. If anyone has a recipe for a 5 gallon brew I would sure love to have it. If not a clone recipe maybe someone has a really really good wit recipe they wouldn't mind sharing. Thanks!!!
I don't have it in front of me, but the book "Brewing With Wheat" by Stan Hieronymus has all of the essentials provided by Boulevard for making Zon.
They don't list the exact recipe on their website, but they do list all the particulars at http://www.boulevard.com/BoulevardBeers/zon-belgian-style-witbier/#tabs-ingredients . Looks like it's a 1.043 OG and 1.011 FG, using pale and wheat malts and raw wheat, with Bravo, CTZ and Simcoe for hops, along with the traditional coriander and orange peel.
Yeah I saw that on their website. I actually work for a beer distributor that distributes blvd and even our blvd rep couldn't help much so i thought i would get some feed back here.
