[IMG] I just got my BM23 delivered this past Saturday and got it all connected. I was get the temperature dialed in using a bucket of water. A few days later, I noticed a puddle of water on the bottom of the cabinet. I dismissed it thinking it was the humidity caused by the water and changes in temperature. I noticed a lot of water droplets on the CO2 tank. After cleaning up the water, I let it run for another few days. No water. I checked again today and noticed water leaking from the upper right hand. Picture included for visual. I'm going to give Beverage Factory a call in the morning, but figured someone might have seen this issue before.

Evaporator pan is pitched back to far. Not running into drain. Push up on back of it to bend it slightly. Needs to run into drain hole.

Hey! I recently purchased a new BM23 and am having the same issue, except on the left side. What area needs to be bent slightly so that it drains correctly? Thanks!

The bottom of the blower box" This pan is "L" shaped fan on the front, drain hole with hose attached at bottom. If pan isnt pitched right from factory or if unit isn't sitting level it will cause the condensation to spill over back lip of pan( Where the air blows down the back wall) just push up on back lip of pan behind the drain conntection.
