Did a quick search and not much came up, sorry if I missed something. Stopped by on our way through from UT to Twin Cities. Holy Shit! Beers were phenomenal and the space was equally as cool. Ordered a bunch of 4oz pours and all were really well executed and totally across the board from turbid and hoppy to kettle sour to stout and Saisons. Had some beers that sounded totally odd but actually worked. They just won gold for their Mosaic Red Rye at 2017 US Open Beer Champs and it was awesome. Tons of berry from Mosaic without the weird armpit you can get from it. Maybe the best random brewery I've ever been to. If traveling through on 80 I would highly highly recommend it.
Originally from NE, now live in Baltimore. Usually stop at Boiler when we go home to visit. The adjunct stouts and fruited sours + Berliners are enjoyable but tend to taste a bit artificial (just my opinion). The hoppy beers are very tasty. I've really enjoyed the THAT! series of IPAs.
best brewery in the state for "todays" beer nerd. Lots of one-offs and new experiments, plus hazy IPAs and adjunct stouts.
AGREED! Here is what I wrote/predicted in May 2016 when I visited ... at that time they were only open one month:
