Surprised to see cases of Bois on the floor of the Nova, in case anyone's interested. I don't recall how much, but they didn't get nearly that much Fruet, & it went much faster. Might have to bust my bottle open to see if it's as good.

The Nova was out of Bois. They must have gotten more.

It's a line from the Big Labowski. Intended as humor.

    The Dude abides.
And Walter sure as shit doesn't roll on a Saturday....

I didn't know that there was anyone left who hadn't seen the movie.
    But I suppose its possible...
My brother still hasn't seen The Blues Brothers. (?????)

On topic, I bought 1 of the Bois, and ended up getting another in a trade.
I plan on cellaring both for awhile.
They sound awesome, but a bit hot, from the reviews.

Although I am a big fan of cellaring, I would certainly crack one of these fresh and then decide on the second. I think it drinks great now (granted I like bigger beers). Also, I am not fond of sitting on multiple bottles without ever having tried any of them fresh for comparison. If you try the first one and love it now, there's no reason to cellar the second unless you are waiting for an occasion.

That said, do what you want with your beers.

Is it bad that I really wanted the label quality to be higher? #designerproblems

I had one already and had no problem splitting the bottle with one other person. It's a bit sweet and boozy but I found it no more hot than fresh bourbon county or anything of the like. I have three more, two for cellaring and another to drink again soon, probs at D-day.

It was $30 at The Bruery's taproom in June, so $32 isn't much of a mark-up. Great choice for a bottle share, but not something you would want to drink alone.

As for value, do you ever drink champagne? Because Bois will create more conversation than any $32 bottle of champagne.

Picked one up at Binnys in Chicago. Looking forward to trying several years from now. Maybe I should get 2
