Bold, not bold, bullets, no bullets

    Can someone explain how the individual threads in the forums are differentiated by having bold or unbolted titles, as well as bullet points and without? I'm pretty sure I'm getting dumber by the day, so the chances that I'll figure this out on my own are dwindling.

    The bold, bulleted threads are "new". The normal ones are ones that you have already read.
