Bolt Cutter in GA?

    Getting ready to send a package to a trading partner in GA and wondering if Bolt Cutter is available there. I heard the ABV may exceed the state's limit.

    it does exceed the ABV limit, so no Bolt Cutter in Georgia

    Honestly drank my last one last night. I able to get it on occasion. Is the Bolt Cutter considered a part of the backstage series?
