Not sure it it's been posted, but new brewery opening in South Jersey new Rowan college in the near future. Bonesaw Brewing Co.

They have invested in a new building and a nice tasting room and should be open in the near future for those local or willing to travel for a new brewery.

I cannot wait for this one since it is five minutes from my home. Place looks great and my fingers are crossed that they brew good beer.

Cool! The next time I'll be there is in May, hopefully they're up and running by then.

There's also a place under way in Clayton called Core 3.

Too bad for me it'll only be one more year until my son graduates . Here's wishing them luck, though.

first i am hearing of them. Looks like they are taking the smart approach of opening a new brewery which is realizing that home brew "success" doesn't always translate to opening a brewery and brewing successfully, so they brought in an established pro brewer. Also I like their building/grounds, if i am ever in the area, I'll be sure to check them out.

looks like they have some serious funding...not too many (any??) brand new breweries who build their own custom space from the ground up.... looks like a beautiful space.

I'm a Rowan student so I am pretty hyped for this brewery. Their production capability seems insane, so probably going to do contract brewing if I had to guess?

They can't open soon enough, could use a good place within walking distance to get a beer around here.

Stopped by today. Only 2 beers on tap but both were solid. Really nice facility, I’m excited to see what the tap list looks like when they’re fully up and running.

Stopped in today to try their new IPA. Pretty decent, a bit pricey at $7 for a 13oz pour. Not sure how often I'll go in but the staff were friendly and the beer was good enough that I'll definitely check in a few times once they expand the tap list.

Tried some more stuff with a buddy this weekend. The place was absolutely packed on Friday. Again the beers get a strong "meh" from me. A bit better than Human Village, about on par with Kelly Green I'd say as far as local stuff. However, the spot is much nicer.

We made a couple of visits the past week and really like the place. Swoosh IPA and their Oatmeal Stout was solid. Inside is huge and was nice and cool on two 90 degree days.
Nice crowds on both visits even though there has not been an official grand opening yet.

Visited for lunch and tossed back a few. Nice place and they nailed the Belgian pale ale they had on tap, very nice and I'm hard to please in this style. Good yeast. Very nice place inside, they even had these driftwood tables I've been eyeing for my backyard space! My buddy had their Pils and thought it was solid. Impressed, they've thought this thing out and chose a nice location and built a beautiful building, imagining they've also gonna nail the brewing side, this reeks of 'well thought out'. Growlers to go, but didn't get one. three thumbs up.
