Are these hard to come by? Are they like trying to get an HF growler or are they a little easier to get? ps. If anyone near boneyard wants to grab some growlers for me, pm me and we can work something out.
Boneyard is right in Bend so anyone who lives there can easily fill a growler, unlike HF which is way the hell out in BFE. It just depends on which Boneyard beer you're looking for and if it's on tap at the brewery at that time.
Depends on the beer. You should be able to find someone with RPM and Hop Venom no problem. Notorious is a little more difficult Good luck!
Boneyard distributes kegs all over Oregon and Washington. Growler fills are regularly available of the more common stuff. Rpm is available at my bevmo most times.
Outside of Bend, getting Notorious fills is hard. Same for BA Suge Knight. Some stuff they've done that's great - Chingadera, Allocation, Nefarious - were probably one offs. Some new beers, like Hop A Wheelie, may become regulars or may be one off. And sadly no one knows what will happen with the 3-Way collaboration ... please come back! From easier to harder probably something like: RPM < Hop Venom < Bone-A-Fide (don't overlook this; really nice) = Armored Fist (killer black IPA) < Notorious = BA Suge Knight. For reference, here's their tap list at the brewery as of yesterday: Boneyard Tap List @BY_taplist 1. Diablo Rojo American Red 2. RPM IPA 3. Hop-A-Wheelie IPA 4. Hop Venom IIPA 5. Fuego Rojo Habanero Red You can see it updated here: http://boneyardbeer.com/whats-tap/
you definitely want a growler of Hop Venom. shit is amazeballs. @HoppySeb rules and seems to find it a lot in Seattle
My buddy just picked some up at Chuck's, which is really convenient for him. Trying to get him to ship one to me.
Thanks guys, ISO someone in Bend that wants to run an errand and pack a box, PM me willing to work something out.
