I'm looking to trade for a few growlers from them and just trying to get a feel for what it would take. Has anyone recently traded or traded for growlers and willing to give me some feedback on what it took to get it done. Thanks!
Hey Brian I think that @Kurmaraja might be able to chime in. He has sent me a Hop Venom and is pretty knowledgeable about the NW beer scene. Both good guys here.
RPM and Hop Venom should be $4$ with similar goods; they're pretty readily availabile. You just have to overcome the "shipping growlers is a pain in the ass" barrier. Notorious is ... difficult. In just over a year of trying I've managed to get 2 32 oz growlers. Suge Knite is slightly less difficult, but still a rarity. Some other stuff - Bone a fide, armored fist - don't show up regularly but when they do they stick around a bit and are easier to get. And they're worth it, particularly armored fist. Armored fist is the best cda you'll ever have. ;-) You also want to get a 4 pack of the 3-Way collaboration IPA by Fort George / Block 15 / Boneyard. It's around now but won't be forever. Get it while you can! I'm, uh, unsuccessfully trying to slow down trading. But if you have no luck, hit me with a message.
