Have found that many people recommend Vintage Beer by Patrick Dawson and various webpages containing info (mostly single posts for webpages where vintage beer by PD gets many posts and likes)

So my question is what are the good books and pages on this besides Vintage beer ?

Numerous other beer books have a section on cellaring and there are countless internet articles, but I've found they all pretty much say the same basic things. As far as I know, Vintage Beer is the only book specifically on cellaring and is by far the most detailed read on the subject.

I suspect you aren't seeing more books about this subject lately because the popular styles are ones that don't age very well. BA stouts, fruited sours, etc, are preferred fresh and its not surprising. The flavors and additives in the beer simply fall off over time.

Can the beer still be good after 3-5 years? Sure. It is actually better? The chances aren't very good.

There are still a few outliers that command a premium price point. I still have yet to hear anyone ever say Prop 14 actually tastes better now.
