I’m getting it too. I wonder if it’s the oxidation from the barrels. Personally, I like it.

Really like this beer. Very unusual and yet tasty! There is something about it that disguises it as whisky yet it is beer. Nice cherry undertone.. Like it a lot.

 

How many barrels do you think you've tasted over the years? It must take time to develop a pallet sophisticated enough to be a talented blender.

Really love this. The port wine aspect is great. This is the type of beer you share with friends in your physically distanced backyard hang. Can't wait until it gets warmer in MA to actually do that again.
