I haven't seen Raison D'etre in some time. Is it still made?

 

How does this beer pack the flavor and punch like it's a bigger ABV beer? The flavor is top notch!!!

Will Olde School continue to be produced? How often? One of my favorite beers of all time so I was bummed when it started to fall off the production calendar. Trying to figure out how long I have to ration my stash.

 

Two of my most-favorite Dogfish Head beers have pretty much dropped off the radar (Ta Henket and Raison D'Etre). Any chance those will ever come back?

 

Have you ever published the recipe for Olde School anywhere? I've never seen it for sale in Ohio.

 

In the video Sam talks about what gives the best chances for aging a beer, but what are some of the fun surprises and unexpected results from (possibly questionable) aging experiments?

 

I have found that if I leave a Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA unfinished and open in the refrigerator overnight, or even for a few days, its quality does not degrade. It loses a bit of carbonation, but might even taste a little better than when first opened. Has anyone else tried this? If so, what's your take.

 

Thinking about extreme beers, I wonder if Sam would be willing to talk about Midas Touch? What did you learn from making the beer? Any chance we'll see a batch on the West Coast any time in the near future? Thanks!
