Hi all, Very flavorful and tasty beer, however 16oz seems a bit much? Was 12 oz discussed and if so why did we go with 16oz? Of note, Tastes JUST like Smucker syrup, which is AMAZZZZING

Wow, then on the first sip...boysenberry adds a lovely fruit note.

Loving this beer. Lots of my favorites - dark beer, rich, maple. All over yum!

Now that sounds like a good way to start day 2!

What percentage and at what time do you add the boysenberries? Also what form? Syrup or whole or something else?

Really great beer, tons of maple which is hard to pull off.

But Hang on.... what was the deal with that book you showed that has reflective brick letters? Some black magic trickery??

The sharp tang of the boysenberry compliments the sweetness of the maple wonderfully. Tasty brew. Unrelated... James, cool light book

This beer screams for waffles, scrambled eggs with cheese and thick bacon from the oven. I love the savory-sweet warmth and dusky flavor

Exactly, Sam. Taster trays at Great Notion are the way to go.

The Oregon Brew Festival was a great fixture in Portland! Will you be back if it ever reopens?

Really appreciate that you are able to create something with this mouthfeel and sweetness without the milk sugar.

15 gallons of maple syrup but what is the grade of the syrup? I know grades bellow A tend to be smokey or darker

They’re not gonna answer this question and you know it. Why bother asking?

I’m just testing. I’m pissed they closed the Oregon Brew Festival! That was fun!
