Why did you decide to make this kind of beer? What kind of finger lime are you using in Destination Australia and why did you pick this variety?

What are the hops used? What part of Australia do they come from? How do you think the finger limes play with the hop character?

Yeast? White labs releases a seasonal Australian Ale yeast but nothing else from that region, is there a secret yeast strain we haven't discovered yet like the new Kviek yeast that's been taking over the yeast world!

This brewery is 4 miles from my house but worth every mile to Australia for this beer. It’s beautiful! Good on ya!

Hey Jack, when can we get this in CT? It’s Pat from G&G. Hope all is well.

How long were you peeling limes for this beer?

MA represent! Love what you guys do. Did you decoct this? Can you speak to some of the nuance experiments you guys are doing (carbonation type, decoction, etc)?

Really unique in this lineup. Great to see the traditional lines of lager blur here.

Aside from ingredients, what are some of the techniques you learned about brewing from NOMAD during this collab?

Wonderful, simply delicious. Not much head or Lacing but sure can't argue with mouth feel, body aroma and flavor. Wish I could get in Oroville CA

Do you ever use a decoction mash? He addressed this. (Yes, they do, maybe 2/3 of their beers.)

When did the limes enter the brewing process?

Love Jack's Abby. What traditional processes do you use? Decoction?
