Black Miso was astounding. So balanced and flavorful!

WOW! Blows my mind! I really look forward to try the beer and hear the story behind it. I am originally from Russia, so trying Russian Imperial stout from Brazil literally blows my mind!

 

Wow, jumped the gun with this last night to go with some cured meat, what an amazing beer! The miso was a lot more subtle than I expected, how much experimenting went into nailing the exact amount that was added?

 

Did red miso inspire the beer, or was it added to round out the recipe? What other traditional and modern Japanese ingredients have made great (or bad) beer? Ever think of a furikake rice lager?

 

Can you briefly speak about your experience as an all-female brewery in a predominately male industry?

 

Any plans to distribute more internationally?

 

Is miso hard to brew with? How did you get such an excellent balance in the flavors?
