    Do you ship all of the ingredients from Brazil to Great South Bay in NY or do you source some things locally in NY/USA?

    I get a flavor very similar to rose tips, it is a fantastic beer, heavy, but so full of delicate flavors. when was the Miso added in the process of creating this amazing beer?

    This is a very good stout, but with the mention of your Jasmine Pilsner I'd like to know where I can find it? Where is the states are you brewing?

    Does the miso/salt in this beer cause any trouble with fermentation? Do you take any special steps to account for that?

    Have you tested your beer in the Japanese market? What are your thoughts on the emerging Japanese craft beer movement given the more recent changes in Japanese laws for craft brewers?
