Do you ship all of the ingredients from Brazil to Great South Bay in NY or do you source some things locally in NY/USA?

 

I get a flavor very similar to rose tips, it is a fantastic beer, heavy, but so full of delicate flavors. when was the Miso added in the process of creating this amazing beer?

 

Any plans for a cachaça barrel aged beer or other fusions with your country's spirit?
