I agree Todd! I was kinda worried as a pilsner purest, but this stuff is great!

Was pleasantly surprised by this one. Not a sour enthusiast but have to say enjoyed this.

We run our beers through a centrifuge to separate the yeast out.

We love Buffalo, but we are all local to Rochester. At current, moving to Buffalo is not in the plans. Cheers!

Keep them cold and you should have no problem with them for a few months. Of coarse, fresh is best. Cheers!

So many choices... My personal favorite fruit is Guanabana or strawberry. Cheers!

We have done a number collaborations and have more planned in the near future. Covid has changed the way many breweries collaborate but we are still able to work together to come up with new and fun ideas.
The only NYS distribution is done through special events. We have done a few different drops at bottle shops, breweries, and bars. Our next drop will be in Buffalo this coming weekend (Valentines day).

We appreciate the love! As we continue to grow, it is possible that our beer will make it out of Avon more regularly. For now, all distribution is done by us at special events like tap takeovers or can drops at a brewery or bottle shop.

We love getting out to Albany, a lot of good friends out there! Our crumble treatment consists mainly coconut and oats with some other flavors mixed in.

The consistency comes from using a bunch of froot! We try to get get Hydra to level of a smoothie on almost every flavor.

I think we touched on this in the live video; we are constantly looking for new ideas through local bakeries/restaurants and baking shows. Our amazing staff also comes up with some pretty cool ideas as well.

Adam, we use a centrifuge to remove a majority of the yeast.

I love anything dark and malty with coffee in it. Beers like Prometheus, As Above So Below, and Hazel are my favorites.

We try to get most of the fruited sours close in acidity so that they are approachable by all consumers. Dark berries seem to be the most popular of any fruit combo that we produce.

Personally I like both mild and enamel stripping wilds or sours. We try to keep our acidity in check so they are approachable for everyone.
