    Part of what makes Hydra "Hydra" is the consistently. We haven't considered filtering it.

    The name Mortalis comes from a play on the word Mortal. We believe in the human connection through beer as "Mortals".

    Most of our beers names are related to some kind of Ancient Greek mythology.

    We have played with pawpaw a few times. Did a sour IPA with it and loved the way it turned out. Cheers!

    We run a 5 BBL brew house, fairly small volume compared to other breweries. We all started with 5 gallon batches as home brewers though. Every now and then we'll brew a 5 gallon batch, but that is just for fun. Cheers!
