Booth: Other Half Brewing Co.

How do you combine two of your already brewed beers? The two doubles that made lACEd in Space. Do you begin the brewing process and add the other two beers?

 

We taste orange on the backend. More of the zest than the juice of the orange. Are we in the flavor vicinity?

This is probably the best citra/galaxy hop blend I've ever had. I don't know what kind of magic you used - but well done!!

 

How did Other Half get started. As a New Yorker I've seen your beers all over the place the last few years

OH has always been on the cutting/bleeding edge of what's next with IPAs - pellets, HDHC, etc. What's next?

 

How do you feel that the Craft brewery industry as a whole is driving minority brewers and owned breweries? I have a friend who is the head brewer at Essex County Brewery in Peabody MA, and one of few African-American head brewers I know.

 

I'm digging this. Very different from the typical west coast IPA's. I'm getting nice melon notes. Kudos!

 

Love the pink grapefruit notes in this; supremely drinkable.

 

I'd drink this beer even with gout!
