Have you ever used or considered a Kviek yeast for a beer?

 

My favorite Other Half story . . . My buddy and I were at the Huna festival several years ago and ran to your tent when no one else did. We circled through the line drinking your IPAs and that was that . . . we were three sheets to the wind 20 minutes into the day.

 

When you are from around this area, you realize that all the tourist attractions have sooooooo much foot traffic, you learn to avoid it at a very young age

 

As a home brewer, we make mistakes regularly. Do you have a good story about a mistake you've made brewing?

Since Other Half is a “New York” brewery - thoughts on the New York hops industry and whether you look to use a NY sourced hop?

 

Any collaborations with Colorado breweries in the future?

 

Sours really enjoyed a wave of popularity against IPAs as Seltzers have now. What do you see on the horizon as far as brewery/consumer trends?

How often do people get towed in the McDonalds parking lot at the Brooklyn brewery waiting in line to buy your beer?

The thing is if you’re making standard beers, I won’t be spending the money for something easily massed brewed by the big breweries. I might as well buy a bud light rather than a $5 light lager.
