Hey Ryan! How does a dunkel differ from a Czech dark lager? What should I be looking for in a good dunkel in general?

Why did you end up choosing/pioneering this yeast? What do you think it brings that other yeasts were lacking? What does it contribute to the beer, as apposed to the malt characteristics?

Do you barrel age any of your lagers? If so what styles and what type of barrels?

Hey Ryan, folks were joking a little last night about how to pronounce "Dunkel". What are some other beer terms people tend to butcher the pronunciation on?

A question from the West coast - Do you notice a greater demand for lager beer over ales in New Hampshire and the greater East coast?

Is Ryan from Chicago, did I see the stars on his arm? Do you see a big difference in the beer scenes between NH and IL?
