Is this one a blend from the foeders? or is it only from one? If it is just the one which other beers have you released that have this as part of it's make up?

What are some other flavors you experience when going around tasting barrels, that get you excited as a brewer? any stories of great surprise or lessons learned early on would be awesome!
    cheers!

What do you use more (and find more interesting beers come from), new barrels vs neutral barrels? and spirit vs. wine vs. other previously loved barrels? And have you considered steel barrel aging or concrete barrels?

Are there risks to over aging in barrels? Is it possible and how it affect the beer?

Is this beer intentionally still? Or just lightly carbonated? Do you find the low carb complements this style? Great brew, thanks!

How does the acidity/pH level impact the brewing process?

This is the brew I was most looking forward to this event, and I am not disappointed! Delicious, complex sour, the lemon mereingue pie notes are hit perfectly, and are amazing with that earthy wild yeast.

Do you age in foeders before barrel aging? What barrels were used in the blend?

Is there a "traditional" color of a farmhouse? I would have guessed pale straw but this brew is not in the "traditional" scope.

Tomme, what is a beer style that you think is underappreciated?

Nice beer. 6.5 - 7% -- don't taste the alcohol at all. Very light body--could drink this all day!

This beer is a sour, not what I expected. Never had a barrel aged sour before. How long was it aged for?
