One of my favorite breweries and this is nothing like anything I’ve had from them. Starts tart, finishes sweet!

Would you consider this beer a "sour?" Really delicious!

The lemon finish is very nice. How did you add the lemon to achieve this balance?

The aftertaste is definitely lemon meringue pie! Are your beers variations of monk like ales or do you have other types?

Any bottles of this coming to the East coast?

Same here - and pleasantly surprised! Also interested in how this is a farmhouse ale rather than a sour.

Nice beer. Definitely lots of lemonade and can taste graham cracker on the finish for certain.

I was thinking the same thing, our bottle is very still with very little carbonation

I'm trying to explain "funk" versus "sour" to someone (getting a lot of funk in this one!); don't have the vocabulary to explain the difference--can you help out?

As you've expanded, how do you maintain the flora in your barrel rooms?

This beer reminds me of a lemon drop with a vanilla finish...I had low expectations and my mind is blown. Great beer.
