That's a tough one. I have spent so much time embracing Philly as my second home. The corner taverns are amazing. Brussels is calling me. Haven't been to Belgium in far too long. But as long as there are welcoming arms, I am down to drink beer in just about any city.

Yes, they are very heavy so they can hold elevated bottle pressures. When working with wild beers, we always error on the side of caution and abundance. In this case thicker glass is safer and looks pretty damn cool.

Almost all of our IPA styled beers have a foundation of CO2 extract hop oils to provide the base bitterness. It allows us to yield higher gallons per brew without any side effects. Great stuff. Widely used.

As a bald man living in a bald world, I appreciated the head band.
Now if you'll excuse me I need to go fake the funk on the nasty dunk...

Great question. No one has ever held me at the door or Quarantined me during my visit.
We have some seriously great protocols in place and for the most part I don't handle these beers and then head out to do brewery visits. Over the past 15 years, we have invested heavily in creating shelter spaces and dedicated equipment to mitigate the risks associated with running a mixed brewery environments. It's something we have always invested in.

I am a mixed-bag of emotions when it comes to wilds. I have to say I really enjoyed this one explicitly because of the flavor of the lemon. Right when it hit the point of starting to get too rough for me, the lemon kicked in and smoothed it out. Well done.
