The Museum of Civilization in Gatineau is Canada's largest and most visited museum. (recently renamed the Museum of History). They have an upscale restaurant called Bistro Boreal. In a clever marketing move, they serve Boreal beer: the Blanch, Blonde, and Rousse. I consider them to be run of the milll, meh beers. But still in all, they are serving beer made in Quebec. Do you know of any other bar or restaurant to match up their name with a beer?
